HFD, the Park's owner, developed and delivered Scotland’s first “A” rated EPC rated building, NG Bailey’s regional HQ at Strathclyde Business Park.
Recently, the Park has benefitted from HFD’s unique GreenPower, which is an exclusive offer to occupiers to deliver 100% Carbon Neutral electricity to occupiers premises. The renewable power is generated at Blantyre Muir, located adjacent to our sister Park, Hamilton International Park.
