Since inception in the early 1990's, Strathclyde Business Park has been focussed on the quality of our working environment, in terms of buildings, landscaping, amenities and facilities.

HFD, the Park Developer, has consistently developed high quality office buildings and maintained strict ratios of office space to landscaping. This has been supported by our public transport initiatives, with our Park Shuttle Bus Services providing direct links to and from the Park to surrounding towns and Glasgow.

HFD are committed to the construction of environments that meet the needs of tomorrow, not just today. The next generation of working environment is now underway, with an emphasis on sustainable building design. Many of the "green technologies" being incorporated into the new buildings were introduced to the Park with the bespoke design and construction of NG Bailey's BREEAM "Excellent" Scottish Headquarters, Solais House.
