HF Developments offer a variety of D&B packages to occupiers enabling them to have a purpose built stand alone office building within the Park.
A number of buildings have been master-planned ranging in size from 28,000 sq ft to 74,000 sq ft, examples of which are highlighted below. HF Developments have a full and active design team in place to assist occupiers with a full design brief or even initial proposals.
