Mr Bird's Make Your Own

Mr Nicholas Bird established Mr Bird’s MYO in 1994 at Central Park in Perth, Western Australia. Since then the concept has been exported across the world, coming to Scotland, and Strathclyde Business Park, in 2004.

The concept is simple - make your own sandwich, excatly the way you like it. The extensive choice of breads, fillings and toppings is backed up with soup, salad, panini and baked potato ranges.

Meeting catering is also available.

MYO is open from 8am- 5pm, Monday to Friday.
